Hello my name is uly

I don’t know how this forum works for I am new and I was recently playing on the he jailbreak server and out of nowhere I was permanently banned due to ban evasion which I don’t understand as this is the first time I have been banned on not only this server but any server ever.

If someone could please help me as I’m not sure if this is the right way to appeal the ban as all is says is visit https://www.edge-gamers.com to appeal
