I was surfing at home and received a "too many requests" page from the server, and haven't been able to access the site for the last two days. The only way I'm doing it now is at a different location. Can I do anything to fix this?

I still can't access this site from home. I get a connection refused error in IE, Firefox just doesn't load.
Edit: Accessing through a proxy now.
