Battlefield 3 In need of more In-Game admins

I have seen a huge increase in hackers on the servers. With how big this community is, it shouldn't be that hard to have at least one admin in a game on peak times. Its ridiculous..

Firstly, apologies that your experience on our servers has not been a positive one for you. We strive at eGO to make gaming a positive environment, however, there are times where certain situations are out of our control, like when our admins are online.

Our admins are volunteer admins and join the servers to enjoy the game just as you.

Game First, Admin Later has been a motto that has been commonly shared in the eGO community.

If you have concerns or issue with a player from your experience on an eGO server, please click here and click "Post Thread" in the top right.

Please try to include as much information as possible and if possible, video evidence to accommodate your ban request.

A higher up in the Battlefield Division will review your request and take the appropriate action at their discretion.

If you do enjoy playing on our servers, consider joining us and if you have the time make our servers a more positive place for people to play.

Additionally, should the issue be of a more emergency situation, you can hop onto our TeamSpeak server and alert someone.

We have a limited amount of banning we can do per year. It's tough to do proper adminning. It's a shame that Steam doesn't care about the hackers on their servers and won't allow us to control those servers anymore.
