Reading through the rules of First reaction / Last reaction or FRLR and Simon says, being similar as a game and following similar standards to do an action based on singular statements. The rulings of First reaction / Last reaction doesn't specify anything against movement commands and am unsure of the ruling and whether or not this was intended.
First Reaction/Last Reaction
You must not play this game unless there are 20 or less Prisoners alive, and it must not be the first game of the round. All orders are singular unless warden states otherwise.

You must tell Prisoners that you are now playing First Reaction / Last Reaction.
When the warden says "Last Reaction " then the LAST person to do the action dies - and anyone who does not do the action at all will also die - but when the warden says "First Reaction " then the FIRST person to do the action dies.

While Simon says is a similar game with having commands of Simons says jump or just saying jump as the objective to listen closely and follow the command correctly.
Simon Says
You must not play this game unless there are 20 or less Prisoners alive, and it must not be the first game of the round.

Simon says can only start with "Simon says we are now playing simon says. Simon says I'm Simon" and end with "Simon says we are no longer playing simon says. Simon says I am no longer Simon".

  • Warden cannot trick T's into simon says starting or ending - prisoners must not be killed for either following the command or not.
  • When the warden says "simon says" then an action the prisoners must follow the action. If the warden does not say "simon says" before the action, then prisoners must not follow the action.
  • Prisoners must AFK freeze between commands (unless otherwise stated).
  • Simon says commands must not be used to play other games.
  • Simon says commands must not move prisoners in any direction (forward/backward/left/right).
  • Simon says commands must not give more than one command out at a time.
My question from the small portions of my explanation here is whether or not the rulings should state the same for First Reaction / Last Reaction as Simon says on moving to a position.
Simon says get to the red marker is not ok but last or first reaction get to the red marker is acceptable?

In the long run, LRFR should only be simple commands like jump or crouch, but how you have posted the rules here technically says they can do more.

There's a certain point to JB where you can point out these kinds of things in every bit of every server's rule book. Not only does that not really make it fun, but it also doesn't make people inclined to learn the rules. That's why blanket rules exist and admin discretion exists.

There are two blanket rules that would apply to this. 1. Is it fair? Most of the time wardens unstack Ts out on a line which makes them all getting to a certain place not fair. 2). Is it delaying the round? Just having pointlessly complicated commands in the game would delay the round. Additionally, if the warden played this game it wouldn't even be LRFR, it would just be a race, which is a totally viable game.

Long story short, yes a little more advanced commands won't cause much problem, but just use your brain to see if someone's trying to create a problem/be a troll

I agree mostly with what WaSe WaSe says above, but I also want to add something to it.

Consider that since the game is called "Reaction", and not "Command". A reaction, by definition, is something instantaneous that you should able to quickly do/react to. I would not consider something that requires multiple movements to be apart of this game. That being said, there are defiantly other games that a warden could create (as long as they are fair) that they could play which are similar in style to what you define above. However, speaking specifically for LRFR, I do not think that a command like a race (which in all likely hood the warden has them all spaced out and would be unfair to some of the T's) has any place in FRLR because of what the nature of "reaction" means.
