Well this would be nice, since tryhards already memorize everyone's kos lol

also innos kos and DONT say inno kos so in the moment you take a quick decision and then realize it was inno kos not D

Gonna be a -1 from me.

Sorry, mate but the game is supposed to be hectic and you're supposed to be paying attention. People call Inno KOS to (hopefully) protect themselves from being KOS'd when they kill someone. Detectives need to speak clearly or use binds to call KOS on people and people need to be paying attention.

Having some easy-mode list to help innocents doesn't sound like a good addition to the gamemode, at all. Might help with RDM and such but like I said, you're supposed to be paying attention.

I'm gonna agree with Echo on this. People should be paying attention to chat (which they don't really) so I feel that they won't pay attention even if this idea was included. I would like to know how the list would work as well. Would it be a separate command? Does the detective have to enter a persons name with said command? Would the names appear every time someone uses said command? A lot of things would go wrong here I feel (flooding the system/chat, missing crucial chat information, questions, KOS's and provens, etc.) Would there also be a proven list? Would the list pop up for everyone anytime someone uses the command? There's a lot to think about. Not a bad idea but I feel the execution and gameplay would go poorly.

-1 for me, I see where you're coming from, but TTT is supposed to have more chaos factor than not, and I agree with Echo and Bakr here, it just wouldn't be able to be executed properly.

It's an interesting concept, but I don't see a clear-cut way this would work, maybe if you elaborate more, maybe there is a golden idea that I'm missing here that would make this something that could work.

i can tell how it will work but nothing else only how it could work

the detective would lets say type !kos <name> then the progamm goes to add the text in <name> (it doesnt have to be the correct name like not 4g0tt3n but forgotten)
just like the KOS the detective can do !proven <name> (same as bove only tho different list)

the innos and the Ts could then do !list kos / !kos list / !kos for kos list and !proven list / !proven / !list proven
or else they could do !list for both and then you can pick 1 for kos 2 for proven list (or vise versa)

about gameplay i haven't though of that but i made this since i have rdmed plenty of times due to inno KOSs and others possibly me. I thought this would have been a good idea since many people can't keep track of KOSs and proven people and it would be much easier for detectives who kos someone but either people don't hear it or just ignore chat

People really don't pay attention to chat when D kos, so this would be useless for most of the base player, like
4g0tt3nSou1 said TTT should be a chaotic by itself, making it easier would waste it, like bakr said players should pay attention to find the T not just give it, plus that would be a pain in the ass to code lmao, unless its always showing in the screen it would be waste since T know they are kos, so they just go try hard and kill giving you no time to do the command.

They need to use the complete name so when the kos or proven die it disappear, some name are just not in English keyboard even if you can say them.

What if the T is around the D when scanning body? then D have no time to type the command and "copy" the name.

Not having a list also help the T, if you're D kos you're pretty much dead, is the problem of I that they don't pay attention to D kos or difference them from I kos.

That type of system can also get used to exploit or break the game as just kosing everyone the list would spam all your screen or chat.

A -1 from me

the vocal and chat kos dont have to go

Here's another reason why I don't like this "easy-mode" suggestion:

If I'm a traitor and a Detective scans a body that I killed and gets off a KOS on me once before I drop him and no one hears it - that's on the players not paying attention. Having some easy-mode scenario that someone can type !list or whatever and now they can see everyone who is KOS is taking away from the point of the game, which has been repeated several times now: Pay attention!

People who RDM should be getting reported and admin'd. It sucks getting RDM but it is what it is and is unfortunately a part of TTT. When you have a lobby full of experienced TTT players though, RDM rarely happens.

This has been suggested and summarily denied before.

Trouble in Terrorist Town is a game buult upom deception and communication. Players (i.e. innocents) should bd listening with and communicating back to detectives based on what they see while traitors attempt to throw and disrupt the course of information flow. By adding a permanent text alternative that can be easily accessed you are wildly throwing game balance the wrong way.
