Pretty sure it is, I was able to extract the photo from the map file, it's named "Doll_beachlady" but this is the full texture.

So, we have an official update on this topic. I searched far and wide... which led me to being able to reach out to the ORIGINAL creator of DE_Dolls. He says these images in question were from a book his grandparents owned called "Little Black Sambo" he says that the book in question itself is not racist, but that in fact, the illustrations in his specific copy (from he says around the 40s) did in fact use stereotypes when illustrating the characters. Googling the book, it has a big controversy around it, and famous social activists like Langston Hughes have denounced the book.

Be with that information as it may, I think that it simply should just be removed out of an abundance of caution, given the further context.

I think the improper map was actually used as the ego version already had it removed. Expect it to be fixed relatively soon.
