STs should be allowed to do any secrets unless they are specifically told not to by the warden. For example if the warden gives ST on arcade and they do shotgun secret they should not be considered KOS. Warden would have to tell the ST in advance that they cannot do secrets.

I appreciate the suggestion. I discussed this proposal with AT's and LE+ and most agreed that this change is not needed at this time.

If the ST wants to do secrets without Wardens permission they have to be secretive about it. Making it to where ST's are automatically allowed to do secrets would be considered a T buff which is not needed. ST's and T's already have the upper hand and this change can also open loopholes which will have to be addressed.
