Delivered [CS AWP] Add !watch command

!watch/sm_watch is not available on the AWP server. It would just be nice to have when we get reports of hackers to not have to click through every person on the server. I don't know maybe Jailbreak has spoiled me.

spec_player <full name (maybe id?)> will do the trick until MS works his magic

spec_player uses "index" (basically ID, e.g. #1234). If you want to go by name, use spec_player_by_name

Doesn't have to be index. Can also be name You just have to type their full name.

I have done spec_player for years now, so it definitely works.
