Welcome back! The best place to start is the CS Info Center thread. Skim through it and catch up on the rules and everything.

Also, check the admin forums as there have definitely been updates to those guidelines. I highly recommend signing up for admin training to get up to speed with the newest stuff. Go here to do that.
