I understand that zombie day may not be possible but it would be quite cool to re-introduce these into the game since they were previously in the game. (https://www.edgegamers.com/threads/321474/)

Ghost is definitely doable nowadays, I'll have to look into it later. Infection day was meant to be the new zombie day, but that type of special day might just be meh no matter what.
