1st rule: "Warden has to give T's 3 seconds to freeroam in a game before starting it on games such as deathcrate or crazy asian." An example as why this rule should become a thing - on the map eckzdee, there is a crazy asian deathcrate thing where the car has a set path. The warden could make the T's go into the corner where the car first goes and said "Be in the marker, okay I'm starting now" and the T's only get a second to run off before the car ends up hitting that corner.
2nd rule: "Warden and CT's aren't allowed to tell a T to drop the Jihad Bomb unless he is promised ST for it." As of recent, wardens have been unstacking T's and telling the person with the bomb to drop it into a cell and is not promised ST. This almost always delays the round by at least 25 seconds, many times it delays the round over 45 seconds if the person with the bomb originally drops it to another T or attempts to pick it back up. What's the point of having a Jihad if most wardens get rid of it within the first minute of the round and don't promise ST?
3rd rule: T's are able to grief teammates. Warden is still responsible for the T's though, they shouldn't be careless and just put them right next to a button. They also should make a valid attempt to stop the game if a T griefs. If they grief they are 100% KOS but it is not against the rules. Such as throwing flashes/smokes into games is allowed and starting games without permission is allowed. Reasons for this: New players often don't know about this rule, yes they should read the rules when joining a new server but realistically who is doing that. Rounds could become faster if more T's die due to the grief. And overall I don't think most people and admins view T's griefing other T's is a bad thing, jailbreak should be optimized to be the most fun and in past experiences on other jailbreak servers, seeing a T run out of colors to start it and everybody dying is hilarious and shouldn't be a bannable offense.
