Hey, I'm 13, and I couldn't make something like that. It's actually very good.

Some constructive criticism: maybe some better transitions on the bricks around the pictures from the games. Other than that, awesome!

I don't see the point in some of the smudges, they would look better if you left them alone.
I am only 13 as well, been designing since July last year

Keep working at it, remember to try and keep EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING clean. It's a key factor in developing your skills.
