You don't even know how long it stuns, or how long it takes to actually bat the ball, or how accurate the ball is, or... you get the picture. There is not a lot to say about a weapon that hasn't ever been used yet. Let's not get carried away saying things are overpowered before they are released.

While I don't think it is the spy update, some things to consider:
They might release it as a double update, to avoid making people mad.
The achievements in the scout update rely heavily on the new weapons
Crowd control is a bit harsh to introduce into a fast paced game

This thread certainly doesn't help the anticipation 2 more days!

I know I've brought up some points on how the "Scout Update" is actually a red herring to something bigger (a diff class update, or possibly having another class update in addition to the scout, or all classes getting an update) but I really don't think that Valve is that creative to make this whole ploy. But if they are actually doing something behind-the-scenes and sneaky, I'd be very impressed.

I cannot wait until tomorrow for the update (probably at 11:59pm Pacific Time). Nevertheless, in the words of a heavy: I AM HAPPY.
