As far as learning goes, even as a member of the Admin Trainers I find myself learning new things on an almost daily basis. What we teach in admin school covers upwards of 90% of everything an admin will ever encounter, but that still leaves a few things in the gray area and very uncertain. As an e and eG I looked up to eGO's; now I watch and learn from advisors and DL's the same way I did before. Being an eGO doesn't make you any different than anyone else.
And as for treating pubs, members, and other admins with respect, every once in a while go and play on a server other than one of ours. Pay attention to how the admins treat you and your fellow players; I know that if they're rude to me then I most likely won't be going back, but if they demonstrate some common respect then their server may have another player.
