I believe this thread should be a sticky at the top of this page for all time.. The new website were going to make should have it too. i find it to be very helpfull and new players will too

i tried to get its popularity up, like week ago! but no one replied!! lol.. it only should be a sticky if ppl find it useful!! so far i dont think any one has(i found it very useful btw)
