Corei7 Build, FINISHED w/Pics...

I gotta ask.. Why HD 4850? With that build, it's like buying a Ferrari and replacing the tyres with wooden ones.
Other than that, pretty kickass. :)

Haha funny thing, i can actually answer this for him

He actually bought that this summer a few months after the 4000 series came out (i believe, it couldve been longer, it couldve been less). So he didnt actually buy a whole new card with everything he bought for his computer, since the 4850 is still an amazing card. Not top of the line, but definitely sufficient enough.

I think thats how he would put it

The 4850 is a great card imho. Now, if he put a 3850 in there...I'd be lookin' at him a little weird...

The heat sink reminds me of the "Dell Hotel" xD! Remember that?

Oh man, I remember that

yeah that heatsink is crazy man. gonna need a huge case for that. Nice build.

Exactly what Arn0t said, I got the video card when the 4000 series cards first came out last summer, I do plan on getting a new one. But for the time being, its a great card.

It is a great card. Plays all the games I need maxed out :) (besides crysis)
Still want to upgrade it though

Tell me about it, I had to buy a new case to fit it..

I think it would be awesome if you had a heatsink too large for a case to cut a hole in the side panel. It would be like Muscle cars have their superchargers sticking out of the top of the hood.
Kind of says, "This computer has more power then yours!" just by looking at it.

thats what would happen i bet with the cooler master V10 and a midtower case.

oh and walmart, NICE MAN!

Your pics are great. You don't need no stinking case. Run it on that box on top of your desk with a box fan blowing over the whole works for cooling.

Powerful comp + ghetto setup = pwnage.

lol, so does the computer actually go together or does it stay apart like that cause if it does then thats just in the way. XD
but otherwise pretty cool, and ur friends birds are viscious lol

The BloodRage isn't that great of a motherboard...

"Dan's Thoughts:

I don't like this board."

"Kyle's Thoughts:

I not only don’t like the BloodRage motherboard, I hate it and hope to never have to ever use it again."

Bottom line:

"That all said, I would never considering putting a BloodRage motherboard in my personal system. Your mileage my vary, and quite frankly, we hope like hell it does."
