We have a fighting chance. What an eG says does not really concern me. What really matters is what the leadership does. Until Garden changes the name of the server, it will be Warpath for me.

Looks like it might have been replaced with Pipeline. This is upsetting to me...pretty much everyone I know in eGO and on my friends list were the regulars of warpath. Now I really have no way to play with them. And that it was cut with no announcement made....that's just disrespectful.
Hopefully that isn't the case though, and Warpath is just updating.

Ditto here buddy... I'd really hate to see the nightly fun on warpath with all the veteran regulars end, especially with all the new unlocks to play with... :thumbdown:

i'm surprised there wasn't some kind of announcement considering the obvious ego following warpath had. i'm still waiting for my update to dl, and as soon as i logged into steam, i received serveral messages bemoaning the lack of ego warpath server

Agree with everything here. But i also i hate to say this but i kindof expected the no announcement part of this deal. I think alot of the regular warpath guys did as well.

I love warpath.
True i haven't been there as much lately.
But i still love the map.
But eGO is more than just a "map" and to only be here for a reason like thats not very cool. We used to have a turbine server. And we lost it. FURTHERMORE: We didn't even know we had a chance to save it or not. Just one day was gone. Was I upset? SURE. But it wasn't a big deal. Live and let live. Plenty of other awesome maps out there!
Futhermore: Who says this is permanent? There has been no official announcement. So if you are ONLY here for warpath (and that sounds sad to me, cuz there's so much more to eGO than one map) then atleast wait it out until after the free weekend and lets see whats up.

Why is being in EGO just for a map a poor reason to be in the clan. Yes maybe its is a bad reason for a valve map. But a custom map. That seems like a great reason to be in a clan too me. Custom maps need communitys of follows alot more then ones that are official from valve. If all the blackmesa fans were here that are dedicated to that map werent here that map would never be. every clan runs valve map servers.
