What happens is when you begin to play you usually suck.
End of story.
However when you start to get better you begin to experience what it is to do good.
So then you do good, bad, and everything in between.
This is where playing constantly and consistently becomes crucial.
Hence the '
bipolar'ness of it all.
Little by little you'll start to play better more often than worse and with practice and consistency, you'll play a majority of CS:S well, and a minority bad.
Another thing to remember is that
eGO is constantly growing with new members all the time.
I've been noticing a lot more
e's are joining the community and play VERY well.
This is much different it seems than earlier in the year where a lot of the
e's coming in seemed to be fairly new to the game, whereas recent recruits have a flare of familiarity with the game.
So that's some of my two cents to ponder.
For a while there I was going most games with about a 3.0-4.0 K/d but it seems lately I've been getting killed before I can do much and I blame that on the collective rise in skill of players in the community.
Which is great news because it means everyone's getting better and now I might actually have to...
*gulp*
Sit up in my chair when I play.
Be ready
