What do you guys think? Just throw all your chatter in here.

Personally I've watched every game so far, and all have been intense! For who I want to win, as much as I love the Celtics, I don't think they have it in them with KG out, so for the winner this year I choose the Cavs.

I also have money in on a bracket that my school did. So far my picks have been going as planned. Just gotta wait for the final outcome.

Dude honesly i hate the cavs. The leauge just wants Lebron to finally win a title so he gets the benifit of the doubt. I mean hes a good player but hes not better then D-Wade or Kobe. But for the playoffs im rooting for the Celtics or the Rockets

I know I never said I liked them. Just for my brackets sake that's why I want them to win. Kobe and D-Wade > Lebron all day every day. Celtics are my favorite team, btw, other then the Blazers.

...and the Lakers get embarassed by the Yao-less Rockets today. I like the lakers, but they are just too weak defensively. If the Lakers do beat Houston, there's no guarantee they can get by the offensive oriented Denver, who plays better defense than the lakers. And if the Lakers do manage to reach the finals, well....

Whoever makes the finals from the west, the Cavs are gonna win. Maybe not sweep, but get used to seeing Lebron in every commercial on TV for while...

Ok, they don't suck, but they play some mighty boring basketball, and I really have absolutely no use for Dirk.. MVP my ass.

As for the Celtics, ya take away one guy, and no one else can step up and fill that void? Come on people. KG, or no KG, there is NO way the C's should have been taken to a game 7 against the bulls .. Look at last year, same deal, except they had KG..

I'm saying Cavs vs Magic in eastern
Lakers vs Nuggets (which should prove interesting) in the west

Lakers vs Cavs in the finals, Cavs in 6 or 7.
Although, I do think the Nuggets are capable of beating the Lakers, especially if Mr. Bryant doesn't start playing some damn defense.

i am a big time laker fan whom hasnt missed a game, so i choose the lakers against cavs in the finals with LA up 4-2. the laker disappointment yesterday will only show them they cant just cruise past teams like last year and stupid bynum needs to show his size and heart.

I agree with Tahoe, Dallas doesn't suck but they dont have the potential of beating Denver because they cant pull of a win in Denver. Also Dirk is need dire need of another team or better teammates. I think Kidd was good but lost his touch, Howard is still not 100%, they do have the sixth man, and Dampier is okay. They rely on Dirk a lot, but they are worthy of where they are at

Your not kidding.

Dirk is only as good as he is because he's 7+ feet tall.
Put him in a small forward roll at like 6'8" and see how well he does there.

As for the nuggets, their winning because Dallas can't keep up. Plain and simple.
Kidd is ancient now, and is beginning to show his age. Josh Howard can't keep up like he normally can because of his two bad ankles, and neither Dirk nor Dampier are quicker then Nene or K-Mart.. I HAVE been very, VERY impressed with the playing of JJ Barrera. Dude is 5'8" and is taking the ball right at Nene, props to him.

They play like the Suns used to when D'Antoni was in, and Shaq was out.. Fast.
