tf2 crashes every 5 min for me???

i get in tf2, play for 5 min, then it crashes

Hmmm....jack allllllll your settings down and if that dont work, update your videocard drivers, if that dont work, then give your computer a good kicking and beating till it wants to be better

I'm also getting crashes, but to the extent that I have to restart the system because I couldn't get out of full screen.
