Sprays

Is there a setting that allows you to see all sprays within the server. I was in Kalt today and players were telling me about inappropriate sprays, yet i couldn't see anything. 44 Magnum also confirmed he couldn't see the spray and (eG) Gremlin was seeing. Part way through the game, I eventually saw the spray and identified from a player who had already left the game.

He probably sprayed it before you joined the server.
I do believe if the spray is there before you joined, you cannot see it.
I THINK. I am not sure though

you problably have your settings down ingame... i cant seel all sprays but some i can... well i have a really crappy laptop. so idk..
