If you go to Rosemeade In dallas and turn down Platte river way youll see my house. Its on the left side of the street. My house will be the one with the dog that barks when you drive by. You cant stop by though. Oh well. You can drive by :D

Just a heads up for Wednesday. The highway 35 into the highway 10 up by Anoka is a nightmare during rush hour.(4 pm - 6 pm)

OK. Stopped by the storm and the approaching darkness (I don't have running lights, for some reason. Electrical short?) in Alma, Arkansas. Was expecting $30-40 hotel, ended up with $70-80 hotel D: Oh well. HaZal2d0uS will end up saving the day when we get to Iowa :D

Lots of random junk on my Twitter page. With any luck we can easily make up the lost hour from today tomorrow.

Don't know what happened in OKC today. We were cought up by traffic on the way (are they tearing up ALL of I35, or did it just feel that way?) and, not having any alternate form of communication, all I could do was Twitter the problem. Hope nothing bad happened to Mr Cool... oh and xosniper too i guess.

Fun and Excitement! Chris and I plan to eat up all their breakfast tomorrow because of that hotel rate :D
 
Hey, I don't think I35 is torn up from Des Moines to Ames...
So if it's bad all the way there... you now know you'll have a good 30 minute "free of road construction" drive before we hang out ;)

PFHEW! We made it! We're all set up at the "C'mon Inn" (Right...) in Frostbite Falls... er, Park Rapids, Minnesota. The last hour turned into two, then two and a half. The good news is my running lights magically started working about a mile before I passed a Highway Patrolman (the first highway patrolman I've seen *the entire trip*, 20 miles from our destination). All in all, including detours, a total of 1,514 miles. PFHEW!

Hazardous (I never saw the |2 as an R in your name <.<) was kind enough to let us crash at his place, so three cheers to you sir! The last chunk was really fun, especially meeting up with Kendle and !Woodstock! at the Minnesota Capital. The whole thing is up, including pictures, on my Twitter page.

Thanks everyone, for your advice and support and even couches! It was fun, but I'll be glad to not drive for a day. HAHA. Maybe we can get an official meet-n-greet together up here in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area. I'd love to meet SLoppIE, and I've got a punch to deliver to Scrappy Doo from Tiddy.

One question, however... why is it almost all the gas stations from Iowa to Minnesota were selling Plus grade gas for the same price as Regular Unleaded? Any ideas?

I was just at MoA less than a week ago. The park was a lot better as Camp Snoopy... now they replaced the giant Snoopy with a giant PINEAPPLE. What the heck is wrong with some people's heads?
 
AAh, nothing like a good night of sleep. Anyways, now that I'm here, I'll be updating my own twitter, mainly for my moms interest, but anyone is welcomed to follow. I will be mainly keeping up with my job search, unlike Auto, I came here in a attempt to find, not just start work.
