Jail Wardenship - a few suggestion

I support this all the way. I just ask if someone wants warden and at least two people argue. I get so stressed, i quit the jail server for a while. Morse, thanks for bringing this up man. ._.

Yeah, people favor wardens a lot, not like that's a bad thing but because they're always so laid back and fun. Theirs some really strict boring wardens out there where they just make us do trivia :[

I love being Warden,
Although I hardly get to do it much anymore.
Today, compared to 10-11 months ago.. Well, there's a lot more enthusiasm. And that always can't be a good thing. I've neeever thought I'd see people fighting for Warden, most were scared to peep up except for the regular Wardens. All you new boys gotta do is remember, that 'Sharing is caring' (Bind that or die!). Haha. My mic broke last night, so I won't be speaking for the next week. So I want to see some new faces up there taking control :]
