Holy Crap
1,499 views? Man, I guess that at least warrants an explanation for why it's not done. Truth is, it's not done because I haven't wanted to work on it. there are a few reasons for this: 1- I've been playing TF2 way more than CSS, and I'm more inclined to map for the game I'm playing most at the time. 2- I have a TF2 map that is actually a decent idea and I want to continue working on it. 3- I've taken up 3D modeling (props, hats for the TF2 contribute site, and stuff like that). 4- I still gotta get that decompiler because what basically happened was I named something wrong, and it corrupted the file. Luckily, I have a recent .bsp, so I can get my stuff back quickly. The high amount of views on this shows people apparently want me to finish it, so that will motivate me to finish it up in the near future. However, even though I'm not really a fan of jail mapping, working with TF2 and other scrapped projects has given me much more experience than I had when I started this map, so aside from finishing this up I'll also use my newer knowledge and newfound love of Autodesk Maya to create an interesting jail map for the contest, and I suppose the TF2 map is on hold for now since I only got a month to get this map out there. Bear with me, and thanks to the outrageous amount of support from the community, I will get this map done as well as the contest map. After these maps though, you're gonna see more from me on the TF2 side of mapping.
EDIT: Though I don't know much about my jail contest entry map right now, I know the disco songs I'll use (the important stuff):
Riders on the Storm Remix- Infected Mushroom
Omen- The Prodigy
Sleep Now in the Fire- Rage Against the Machine
London Telecommunicating- The Polish Ambassador
