Jail server split

Yesterday they split the jail servers up into 2. Creating 2 24 Servers - Jail #1 is the maps where you need a warden thats creative. Jail #2 is with a bunch of maps that are like automated games like station or canyon.

So I wanted to know what other people thought about it.

As first when I first played jail #1 I liked it because it was peaceful there was no1 talking over each other and it was pretty fun for about 30min....after 30min I didnt even wanna play it. It was so boring and dull that I couldnt stand it. :facewall:

Whats your opinion on it? :confused1:

I thought 1 jail server was plenty. I would've proffered to see something new, like a new map, or deathmatch maybe.

I think it's awesome If you get tired of playing #1 after 30 minutes, then you should go and try # 2

I agree with you ble. It's less chaotic and stuff, but the chaos was what made jail fun ime.

I think its better than before, but IMO, it should just be a 40 man Jail 1.
Automated maps FTL.

I think its a really good idea!! Only two things trouble me. first is the server rank. Will they go down now since they can only hold 24 people? second is the team balance. I've noticed that the teams are almost even most of the time. although maybe it will just come together soon.

It's a pretty good idea splitting it into two servers, I reckon it makes it more fun. But personally I like jail #2 better.

Everyone has their opinions, not everyones going to like the change, and its a big difference and will take some getting used to, so don't say that you dont like it yet, give it a chance and a little time and you might end up liking it

For me, I love the change, Less people talking over one another, no screaming at the beginning of the round, Less ingame problems in general, overall, just not nearly as chaotic as it was before, sure we handled it before but now it will make things easier to handle and have more time to play the game and have fun

I like it for the following reasons
1: Less confusion and frustration
2: Shorter rounds
3: More creativity among wardens now that they have more time and less to worry about
4: I have yet to experience a crash on the servers
5: I dont have to play marble every time i join.
6: Dont stair at the cells for 3 minutes

Thats some of the things that comes with a good Jail server.

Whats fun about trying to rebel and kill 7 cts now?

It's so much better to rebel now, don't have like 50 ct's watching over the vents, don't get freekilled, everything is much quieter, and wardens are forced to be more creative with the smaller amount of people, this is how jail is meant to be.
