Operation: Helium=AWESOME!

Also airsoft is A LOT less expensive and the ammo doesn't expire.

by realism he mean Real guns ( not a gun that looks somewhat like the real steel version) and tactics. Not just running around avoiding projectiles. Airsoft plays on a principle of honesty and fair play. i'd love to see someone not calling themselves out when you rush in and unload an entire mag on them.

You're going to have tactics in either game, saying that paintball is just running around all the time is dumb. I for one am not going to say to myself, "Well if I run from cover to cover and do barrel rolls here and there Ill be fine." Im going to have my teammate do it first so I can run the other way and flank.

Also "real" guns: http://www.rap4.com/store/paintball/rap4-blue-paintball-gun

Also, Sonic: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82U9ybCnZdM[/ame] Army uses paintball guns, not airsoft.

WHAT SON!?!1

honestly idc what the military uses, if they like paintball, let them use paintball. i prefer airsoft, but i'm not gonna dis on paintball cuz i honestly like it as well. i think airsoft is a cleaner version of paintball so thats why i chose it. to be honest i don't really wana go out and get paint all over my clothes because i would get shot a lot and i don't want to look like some rainbow clown

I have heard that the military uses airsoft (systema PTW), paintball , and rubber bullets for training. It probably depends on the instructor or the level of training. but REAL men use these!

full velocity, live fire simulation rounds for use in special forces training.

Nah.. I'd say regular bullets beat those. :P

Were you guys using metal BBs for the airsoft guns? Man those must hurt from close up.

no...then we would be in the hospital....350 fps from up close would rip through skin with metal bb;s
