I just wanted to thank the recruiters and other eG and eGO's. I have noticed a definite uptick in =e='s on the servers and (so far) all seem to be respectful team players.

Good job guys and gals!

+1 Recruiting is an important aspect of the community! We should always be looking for pubs who could make good members! Well done folks!

Recruiting is important, but it would also be preferable to sift through some of the people who apply or are asked to apply. Had to deal with an e last night being disrespectful and breaking server rules. After further searching another O pulled up prior chat logs and found multiple instances of server disruption, foul and abusive language ect.

I have been guilty of this in the past, bringing in a member and later wishing I had not due to things they had said and would later say to members and the public.

I am not saying don't bring in members, the more the better as far as I am concerned, but it might not be a bad practice to check chat logs or ask other admins/members if they know anything about the individual.

This is just my opinion and not a stated or necessarily a desired practice by leadership.

I agree, Sumac. I haven't had any bad run ins with any of the new people yet. All of my experiences have been positive and it is nice to see the servers with more =e='s in them.
