Not to Huge not concenred about noise but it would be nice for it to be reasnoably quiet LED's would be a nice addon

2a. What is the main purpose of this computer?: Gaming
3. Are you going to overclock? Possible.
4a. What do you need in this build? At least a core i5/ ATI gpu with DX11/4 GB memory at least.
4b. How much harddrive space do you need/want? 1TB atleast
5. How long do you plan on keeping this computer? Unknown. Don't plan on upgrading soon though.
6a. What kind of case do you like? I would prefer if you picked out a case: You pick it

Go to Microcenter, pick up the cheapest i5 7xx, then get an SLI/CFX ready board, like a GD80 or P55 SLI, then pick up any brand of HD 5770, any brand (except OCZ) 4GB, Samsung Spinpoint F3 (if they have it) or Western Digital or Seagate (make sure it's 7200.12, and NOT 7200.11) 1TB HDD, then an OCZ, Antec, SeaSonic, SilverStone, Corsair, or Cooler Master PSU that is around 600W (for crossfire).

Just avoid the 5830. Why must it be a Radeon card? Nvidia's GTX 460 is the best choice for ~$200.

If you get an OCZ PSU, make sure it is only from either their "Z series" , or "ModXtreme" series. All the others are crap.

If you get a cooler master PSU, make sure it is from their "Silent pro" or "Silent Pro GOLD" series. Anything else that CM makes is NO BUENO

The 5830 is the best card in the range for me. Plus it has Eyefinity and sports a higher memory interface than the 768MB 460.

:sleep: The 768MB version is like $170-180 now. You can pick up a 1GB version for $200. If you want 3 monitors, I recommend saving up for SLI 460s.
If you want Eyefinity, you're going to want more power than a measly 5830 can put out. But hey, it's your money, go ahead and spend it on what you want.
