I'd have to suggest it. I'm completely sold. I'm able to program each button, and there's a nifty little map that I can pull up on my second monitor to refer to to see what's what while I'm memorizing everything. There's a profile for each game, and 3 modes per profile. The part I'm really getting my mileage out of is programming all of the admin commands into the second mode on each game. When I switch modes my handy dandy map on screen two updates and I can push a button to pull up admin chat or kick or what have you. I only have the prefixes and commands in there, so I still have to type the name and reason. That way I'm not accidentally setting it off, but I still don't have to memorize the commands for each game. The colors also change, so I know that when everything on the thing is bright red I'm in admin mode no matter what game I'm playing.
It's also helpful in games like ArmA, where every dang key on your keyboard is used and when you get into a vehicle they change. I can have mode 1 for infantry, mode 2 for flying helos, etc. etc. Very handy.
Overall I'd say it's a big plus. Definitely worth the investment.
