Hi,

You come across someone, ask yourself these questions.

- Is the person following rules?
- is the person active, during certain times (especially when admins are needed)
- is the person mature?
- Is the person friendly?
- Can the person speak English?

If the answer is yes to all or most of these, suggest that person to the leadership. I don't care who you are, you may be banned right now or the most hated person or most decorated ego. You may be day 1 in the community with no rank. All recommendations are welcomed by the leadership staff and they thank you for it, why? Cause they can use that when considering the said person for promotion.

Also make sure that that person is not yourself. Let someone else have that honour.

Nice post, this part of the forums definitely needs to be emphasized, anyone can be promoted, and they might be a great admin, but without help from regular players, people cannot be promoted.

Make a post under Contact Leadership to recommend ANYONE you would like to and anyone you believe deserves it, make sure to follow the format, and hopefully your words can influence the roster of future admins .

If you think that these Promo Recomondations do nothing than your incorrect. I have made a promo rec and 3 days later that person got promoted. These help out the leadership a lot because they have an idea of who to consider giving a promotion.
