isnt saying "get to my blue marker with no contraband" kind of just a way to loophole rules about Ts being able to have contraband and it not being rebelling? Aren't you supposed to ask Ts individually and give them 3 seconds to drop? For instance in the above command what if you pick up contraband on your way to the marker, or what if someone drops you something on the way there? CTs generally never see something like this and will just kill you for having a gun/flashbang. It's lazy and I feel like it's breaking a rule in a way to issue commands like that. The opinion of the server seems like when warden makes a command like that it just gives you an excuse to kill any T carrying any contraband which doesn't really make any sense to me. And whats the counter arguement, that since warden said you have to have no contra that means just continually dropping/throwing things or else youre rebelling? You could just add on "no contraband" to litterally every command and it subverts the rules about what rebelling is as far as contraband is concerned.

As a prisoner, you are rebelling if you ...
  • do not drop a contraband when told by a Guard after 3 or more seconds.
this is copied from the jailbreak rules, I linked them at the end of this reply.

  • Its way more efficient, and safer to order prisoners as a group to drop contraband before reaching the safety of a stack than to let them stack in a marker where they can potentially kill you or your guards.
  • If you pick up contraband on your way to the marker you are for one probably delaying for it since its unlikely say a gun is in your direct path to the marker. Even if a gun is in your path you just pick it up and throw it away. Same thing, if someone drops you anything you throw it away, unless you of course plan on rebelling and try to sneak a gun into stack.

  • Personally, never seen anyone get killed for having a flashbang (although there are trigger-happy people who are just waiting for you to hold out that flashbang for more than 3 seconds to blast your head off), but I think you can see why letting prisoners getting their hands on a gun is dangerous. Not sure why you would call this lazy, and its not really breaking any rules. Its just being an efficient, good warden.

  • Not sure I understand what you mean here. Can you give me an example of this.

Saying "no contraband" would be asking Ts to drop their items, and given that in 3 seconds they do that, they are completing the command. The problem is people will just see anyone with contraband and kill them, instead of asking them to drop specifically.. Youd have to see someone with contraband prior to the command not drop it to kill them in my opinion. My point is you can just say that at the end of EVERY command and it completly circumvents the rules about Ts being able to hold/have contraband.

Honestly this is such a dumb way to play the game. There's a difference with the rules as written and the "spirit" of the rules. While yes, you may be able to construe an order of "get to my blue marker with no contraband" as following the rule of "do not drop a contraband when told by a Guard after 3 or more seconds". But this is not in the spirit of the rule. Being able to just kill Ts and say "well they have contraband and are at the marker" after giving an order like that is anti-fun. Don't do this please.

As Rogue would say "Rules like those are for bronze players"

I'll @ the CS ATs if they want to weigh in with their opinion on this. Just because, to me imho, it clearly isn't what is intended by the rules. I don't make those calls though.

Wow, I'm sad. Didn't even mention me :(

I mean, imo not letting ts having guns is a good thing when wardening.Changing the rules to let them have it in stack will lead to every round looking the same.Ts go into a marker somone dies they get their hands on a gun, make it to stack with a gun and just go on a killing spree.
If its any other form of contra (flashbangs, he grenade, even bomb) wardens dont care most of the time.No one is following the rules blindly killing everyone for every little thing.

If you’re talking about every command to move the Ts I agree. The only time I believe this should be able to be used is offering a pardon.

bad warden get ban hammer

IMO, this can be broken down into the fact that warden cannot give commands that amend/nullify/break server rules.

Currently having a primary on your back or a secondary in the holster is not rebelling. If "X" T is making his way to the marker with a primary on his back and is told to drop it by name and does not do so within 3 seconds "X" is rebelling and can be killed. If "X" is making his way to a marker without contraband and happens to pick one up without detouring he hasn't committed any rebellious acts and should not be killed.

This command works if you are giving a command to a singular T (ex: "Slain get to the blue marker without any contraband"). This way the T has ample time to drop any contraband and has been notified by name as the rule states, If contraband is picked up they should be allowed 3 seconds to drop said contra as with all other commands.

Blanket statements like "No contra" lead to confusing situations as described above ("I picked it up on the way!" , "Someone gave it to me!", etc.) and should not be allowed.

All of the above is just how I myself interpret the given situation but we'll see if leadership thinks otherwise

while this is technically against the current rules i dont see the problem with it.
cts would still be able to individually ask ts to drop weapons and it would just add more delay if this rule was enforced
