"Punk Free Gaming"
This is what attracted me to the EGO servers in the first place.

I can't speak for others, but my train of thought went something like this:
"Oh, there's a poll up... Hmm, which do you like? Dropping the banhammer, heh, that's kind of funny. Okay, there we go, and... wait, what, slogan? Is this supposed to be serious? Uh oh... o_O"

In other words, I just picked the "funny" phrase for the poll, assuming it was just as lighthearted and humourous as the other ones I've noticed on the sidebar, and I don't know if the results should be given too much weight for serious consideration as to what eGO's slogan should be. :)

I'm not sure if this has already been pointed out, but the phrase "Banhammer" is already in use by Warhammer Online. Since we've already been through some legal issues lately, perhaps this phrase is not a good one to use?

i love ban hammer but its true, for what happens and it does sound like we are out to ban people which is not the case too bad i voted without reading :( but i think the slogan Punk Free Gaming is the best choice.

same here...wasn't really aware it was for the slogan until I read into it a bit. I would have to change my vote to punk free gaming after realizing this.

Everything but "Punk Free Gaming" sounds immature. PFG sounds like a motto and something we stand by, rather than just a ban hammer. Makes us sound unfair, otherwise.

Punk Free Gaming is a little more...mature and the others just makes it seem like we only like to ban people and not have any fun.

It shows us to be more mature and respectful and even though there will be some who will complain about our "no swearing" rules and such, overall and unconsciously they will respect our community for that.

I am not a member of your fine organization , but how cold you consider anything but " punk free gaming " .
