Thanks for your time phobus, and it can be 700 before shipping also, and try to get as close to 700 as you can, you can go over it about 100 bucks also. make it performance crazy.

2. Work or game, see above
3. No? No experience but I'm open to it
4. Everything for tower, no OS, will be loading Win 7 Ultimate
5. Work computer as long as possible, gaming 2-3 years
6. Work rig MUST fit in 17"H x 10"W x 21"D desk space including airspace, current rig fits fine

Okay, here's my thoughts.
The Vertex 2 and Western Digital Green 1TB are for you work computer. You can either sell your 5750 and use one of the 460s in your work computer as well, which will but a massive step up, especially for CUDA based programs, or you can keep both for your gaming rig.
Everything else is for the gaming rig. I only went with one 460 since your resolutions aren't exactly pixel pushing. :p

3. Undecided, worried because I don't know anything about how to make it work.
4. Just the Computer, and Windows 7
5. Until it can't play games anymore :P
6. I like the cases that you can see into, as long as it doesnt look dumb though.

Also I wanted to ask you if you think having dual video cards justify spending like an extra 150$ cause I was looking at dual 5770s or something

The only dual video card set up I'd recommend is SLI'd 460s.
What resolution is the monitor you intend to run this computer off of?
And where are you located? US/Canada?

This is what I think you should get. A new monitor, a beastly CPU/GPU, plenty of HDD space for your PhotoShop and video games, and an SSD boot drive :D
And, that 460 comes with 2 games and a SC2 trial. Metro 2033, Just Cause 2, and a Star Craft 2 trial. Epic.
Plus the case and powersupply are basically made for each other. I have those, and my oh my are they nice. :)

Thanks a lot for the info, I'm going to start collecting parts in the next month or two and post up when finished.

Update: I have been using this computer for the first time and I have to say its awesome =) I love having 3 monitors also =) I havent picked up bc2 yet but soon but since this machine my enjoyment of tf2 is amazing thanks once again phobus I think thats how I spell it

1d. If not US or Canada, give a prefered website.
2a. What is the main purpose of this computer? Gaming
2b. If work and gaming, state which is more important. Gaming
3. Are you going to overclock? No.
4a. What do you need in this build? Everything you normally need, and windows 7 home premium (64 bit), and a new monitor.
4b. How much harddrive space do you need/want? 1tb would be nice but 500gb would be fine
5. How long do you plan on keeping this computer? 4 year max
6a. What kind of case do you like? I would prefer if you picked out a case already got a case X-Navigator, I also have a tx850w power supply by corsair.
6b. I will strictly not recommend keyboards or mice. Need both sadly.

P.S. A gaming Headset and speakers would be awesome

Dude you should totally give me one of those Mafia II gifts for helping you :D
Also, there are three monitors in this build, so you can have 2D Surround. :D If your desk doesn't have enough space, then get this monitor instead.
Mmm you get a sexy HDD set up. 2TB storage, 640GB main programs, and 60GB boot drive/important programs.
And I forgot to put in speakers, but get these speakers, they're perfect for gaming. I left over some money for keyboard and mouse.

2b. Gaming is top priority, don't worry too much about a sound card if it would bump the cost too much.

You get 1TB instead since the promo code makes it the same price as 500GB HDDs.
And a GTX 460 with a 3GHz propus. Not bad. I left ~$50 for the mouse. If that's not enough, either drop the 460 for a 5770 or drop the 3GHz Rana for the 2.8GHz version.
