What happened to Jail?

I stopped playing CS for about a month or two so I rarely looked at the server populations. I've been looking at them for awhile now and jail is always empty! When I stopped playing jail was doing fine, what happened? I need an explanation! :scared::scared:

I have to agree with RDK on this one. What happen to using normal texts?

If you can read the CS Server filling Survey responses there are quite a few of the same Ideas that pop up when looking through the last question "How can we improve jail"

How about we go back to a vanilla jail server
Make it so you dont download a ton of skins and plugins as you are joining
Back to all you download is a map

No skins, no buy menu plugins, just CT vs T in a jail map like we had before

Quick download, easy to learn and pick up on, something you can hop on quick to have a relaxing fun time. Where your skill determines your fate, not some guy getting lucky and becoming an alien queen and destroying the team. Back to where you learn where the guns are hidden, not one is given to you.

Jail used to be sort of competitive, who could evade the CTs the best. Now its who got lucky at round start.

i agree for new players it's

1.) a big download for all the skins and perks

2.) takes forever too build up points to be able to buy anything like skins

3.) the V.I.P or whatever is really just a popularity contest

4.) like doom said is just popular and lucky make it plain simple and a basic jail

BTW Maserati yes jail is a bad place and a place i don't wanta go back to

just know that i know from personal experience and yes very bad things happen there TRUST ME

A lot of people chilling and hanging out often. Then, something happened and everyone I played with left. After that, it got dull and boring, I quit shortly after that. If it can go back to the way it was a year and a half ago, that would be great.

Basically this, for me it was that the player base changed and that then completely changed the gameplay of jail to more dull and boring.
